if you have been a victim before the new law of 1 July 2005 then you could suffer please watch out as you wouldn't always be warn of escapes
I was a rarity before in 1993 but things have changed to the worse with knife crime

My Question is that having suffered a Ramdom Knife Attack By a Failed Mental Patient who was found GUILTY by Legal Means a Court of Law he was able to gain legal rights as for me the victim not to be informed of any plans of reintegration in the same area where the crime Attempted Murder was committed on a working member of the Community which has affected lots more people since the Lax Treatment of the Victims and Victims Family units should all receive a Legal warning of escapes (that would be common sense of course) wouldn't but its a living nightmare knowing that others will be failed without common sense and Basic Checks Risk Assessments seemed to be gaps without common sense used by the Hospital and Home Office.

I requested a public enquiry into the escape but the Mp Office was unhelpful and still hasn't replayed to my request to prevent this happening again and has dismissed my enquiry with this regard and hasn't followed up with any thing useful to help prevent this happening to all the other victims who were attacked before the new Law of the 1 July 2005 EQUALITY BEFORE THE LAW SO ALL VICTIMS ARE PROTECTED BY LAW AND FAMILY UNITS SHOULD ALL HAVE LEGAL WARNINGS OF ESCAPES OR REINTEGRATION BUT THE HOME OFFICE HAS FAILED US ALL AS ITS PROMISE OF REVIEW SEEMS UNLIKELY AS THEY PLAN TO ASKED A MENTAL WHO NEARLY KILLED BEFORE IF HE MIND THE VICTIM GET TING A WARNING !!

THE NEW LAW SHOULD BE MADE RETROSPECTIVE TOWARDS ALL VICTIMS AND FAMILIES OF VICTIMS SHOULD BE PROTECTED BY THE LAW!!?
